Memories

Thanks to Wendy and Amanda for this idea...it's been fun!! In case you haven't seen it yet...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Mine is fairly recent. It was when we were miniature golfing, and out of nowhere you started to use your golf club as a baton. It was fabulous!

and I love the new look of your blog.

Remember the time you let me color your hair, only you were so freaked out by coloring your hair that we picked a shade that didn't really do a thing to you natural color? So, all that torment for not much of a result - but if I recall correctly we ate some yummy brownies and of course had fabulous conversation.

Okay, Laura you stole my favorite memeory of you when you commented on my blog.
I will never forget (but already forgiven) you not letting me out to pee. And wasn't it my birthday? I feel like it was.
But I also loved the time that we came over to your parents for crepe night and I was so impressed. I had one of those 'can't I have any talents' moments. Delicious.
Also, a recent one. When we were at The Getty Villa and you actually laid down on the ground to get your picture taken. You've come a long way girl. :)

Oh, Laura. How can I choose? So many long chats, so many fun events.

But, I’ll choose the day I started calling you “Mary Tyler Laura” because you were so “woman about town”.

Remember when you took Wendy and me out on a tour of L.A.? And we got flashed at the train station. And on my first public bus ride, a homeless guy in a crummy old tuxedo sat next to me! And then we went to that museum with a special exhibit that was all creepily nude pictures! And you took us into your high-rise office building to see the amazing views!

What a fabulous day!

Liz, I love that memory too! That was a great day. What I think is so funny is how that flasher asked us what time it was was and I looked down at my watch and told him and he thanked me and walked off and then Laura said "Umm, that guy was totally exposing himself to us". I had been completely oblivious. He must have been quite disappointed to not get the reaction he was hoping for (I guess. I don't really know what these people are expecting).

Liz & Wendy - Yes, I remember that little trip! Crazy! I like to call that "The Day of the Nudes" - literally and artistically!! I did forget about the creepy tuxedo guy on the bus, but I think I might have a picture of that!! Ahhh...good times!
