Why I Love Jack Bauer
- First of all...just look at him

- He's exotic and well-traveled...I think he speaks about 47 different languages
- He's mysterious
- He's emotionally damaged...he NEEDS me to love him
- There's a sensitive side to him, I just need to find it
- He was in the military...I LOVE a man in uniform
- He would be able to protect me and save me from all manners of danger - from muggers and rapists to international terrorists
- Who doesn't love a man who can fight injustice and save the world in a measly 24 hours?
I miss him. I can't believe I have to wait until January to see him again.

You know, I really need to watch an episode of his show.
Hey Laura! Jack is hot! Post some more pictures of you that are cute.
Love ya
I feel a little bit like a baby. I couldn't even finish the first season of 24. I was too scared. I would watch about 4 episodes in a row (thanks to DVD) and then I would fall asleep scared out of my mind! I understand that he could save you from getting raped and attacked, but watching the show makes me think that those options are much more likely, thus keeping me awake all night.
Question: Do all women fear being raped or attacked on some level? I used to be a total scaredy pants about being out in the dark at night. Just ask Rachel. Maybe I was a little more scared than most, but John thinks it's a little silly for me to be scared in the first place. Just curious.
Amanda - I don't know if all women are scared of being attacked, but I am. I'm a freak about it! I even check my closets and under my bed every night. It's kind of an OCD thing, but still. My dad gave me a little individual sized pepper spray that I carry with me if I'll be in a parking lot or something at night. It never hurts to be cautious...it just shouldn't keep us from living our lives! This is one more reason why I need Jack. OK...nobody mention what happened to his wife in the first season. He's learned his lesson and when he marries me...it will be different!
So my friend Jacklyn, who in some way or another is connected to all celebrities, had a neighbor in Orange County who somehow knew Keifer, I mean Jack, and said that his home in Hollywood has no inside walls. It's just like one gigantic studio apartment, except it's a mansion. Jacklyn was telling us this story one day, but she got it mixed up and told us he had no outside walls on his house. This throroughly confused us and we kept pestering her with questions about how he lives with no outside walls: what about the wind, the rain, air conditioning, privacy, etc. She was firm in her story that he had no outside walls and refuted all our doubts. She went back to her neighbor to laugh about our silly questions, since she now considered herself an authority, and was totally mortified when he corrected her mistake and she had to come back and apoligize to us. So now you know, no inside walls, must be a bit awkward, don't you think? Man that's a long post!
